    Terms & Conditions
     

    1. Subscription Plans 

    We offer various subscription plans for access to our services. Plans are offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

     

    2. Payment Terms  

    For monthly subscription plans, we will automatically charge your payment method (credit card or other authorized payment method) on a monthly basis to renew your subscription. For annual subscription plans, we will automatically charge your payment method once per year to renew your subscription.

     

    3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing date.

     

    To cancel, please send an email with your request to cancel to oasisdanceacademy@tyler-studios.com.  

     

    Cancellation requests must include your full name and email address associated with your account. We will send a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial billing cycles.

     

    4. Changes to Plans or Pricing

    We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or pricing at any time. If we increase pricing or make changes to your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
